He has served on Law360's Insurance Editorial Advisory Board and as an expert commentator for Lexis/Nexis on insurance and reinsurance law. His legal writings have been cited by the highest courts of the States of Arizona, Kentucky, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wisconsin, as well as by numerous other state and federal appellate and trial courts across the country.
